Kullanım koşulları

Bu koşullar PanelDeck’in Android telefon uygulaması, Windows bilgisayar programı, uzaktan bağlantı ve bulut yedeği hizmetleri ile bu site için geçerlidir. PanelDeck’i kurarak ya da kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz; kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen kullanmayın. Bilgilerinizin nasıl işlendiği Gizlilik politikasında anlatılır.

Kısaca

Ücretsiz sürüm süre sınırı olmadan ücretsizdir. PanelDeck Pro tek seferlik satın alınır: abonelik yoktur, sonraki güncellemeler dahildir.
Uzaktan bağlantı, mobil veride ikinci ekran ve bulut yedeği sunucu kullanır ve “adil kullanım” ölçüsünde sunulur.
Butonlarınızın bilgisayarınızda ne yaptığından siz sorumlusunuz; oyunların ve platformların kurallarına uyun.
PanelDeck “olduğu gibi” sunulur; tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarınız saklıdır.

Ücretsiz sürüm ve PanelDeck Pro

Ücretsiz sürüm: Süre sınırı yoktur. Ücretsiz sürümün neleri kapsadığı uygulamada ve mağaza sayfasında yazar.
Satın alma: PanelDeck Pro, Google Play üzerinden tek seferlik bir ödemeyle satın alınır. Fiyat, satın almadan önce mağazada gösterilir; ödemeyi Google Play işler ve Google Play’in koşulları geçerlidir. Pro, satın aldığınız Google hesabına bağlıdır: aynı hesapla yeni bir telefonda “Satın alımı geri yükle” ile yeniden açılır.
Abonelik yok, güncellemeler dahil: Pro için tekrar eden bir ücret alınmaz ve satın aldığınız Pro özellikleri sonradan ayrı bir ücrete bağlanmaz. İleride yalnızca sunucu gerektiren yeni ve ayrı bir hizmet sunulursa bu isteğe bağlı olur ve sahip olduğunuz Pro özelliklerini etkilemez.
7 günlük deneme: Google Play sürümünde Pro’yu bir kez, 7 gün ücretsiz deneyebilirsiniz. Ödeme bilgisi istenmez; süre bitince uygulama kendiliğinden ücretsiz sürüme döner. Butonlarınız ve düzeniniz silinmez; ücretsiz sürümün dışında kalan butonlar “PRO” rozetiyle kilitli görünür.
İadeler: İade talepleri Google Play’in iade politikasına göre değerlendirilir; tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarınız saklıdır. Satın aldığınız Pro düzgün çalışmıyorsa bize yazın, birlikte çözmeye çalışalım.
GitHub önizleme sürümü: Telefon uygulamasının GitHub’dan indirilen sürümünde satın alma yoktur ve Pro özellikleri şimdilik açıktır. PanelDeck Google Play’de yayınlandıktan sonra bu önizleme sürümü güncelleme almayabilir ve sunucu kullanan özellikler (uzaktan bağlantı, bulut yedeği) için Google Play sürümü gerekebilir.

Adil kullanım

Uzaktan bağlantı, mobil veride ikinci ekran ve bulut yedeği PanelDeck’in Cloudflare üzerinde çalışan sunucusunu kullanır ve bu sunucunun bir maliyeti vardır. Bu yüzden kişisel, olağan kullanım için “adil kullanım” ölçüsünde sunulurlar:

Bugünkü sınırlar: Mobil veride ikinci ekran düşük kalitede (saniyede en fazla 4 kare) çalışır ve bir oturum en fazla 20 dakika sürer; yeniden açabilirsiniz. Bulut yedeği yedek başına en fazla 2 MB’tır, son 5 sürüm tutulur, günde en fazla 30 kez yüklenir ve 180 gün hiç erişilmeyen yedekler kendiliğinden silinir.
Bu sınırlar hizmeti herkes için ayakta tutmak amacıyla değişebilir; değişiklikler uygulamanın “Yenilikler” bölümünde ya da sürüm notlarında duyurulur.
Sunucuyu PanelDeck dışında bir amaçla kullanmak, ona bilerek aşırı yük bindirmek, sınırları aşmaya ya da başkalarının oturumlarına erişmeye çalışmak yasaktır. Böyle bir kullanımda sunucu erişimini sınırlayabilir ya da durdurabiliriz.
Sunucunun kesintisiz çalışacağını garanti edemeyiz. USB ve aynı Wi‑Fi üzerinden bağlantı ile bilgisayardaki yerel özellikler sunucuya bağlı değildir; sunucu kullanılamasa da çalışmaya devam eder.
Bu hizmetleri sonlandırmamız gerekirse bunu en az 30 gün önceden uygulamada duyururuz; bu sürede düzeninizi Profil → Dışa aktar ile bilgisayarınıza alabilirsiniz.
Mobil veri ücretleri operatörünüzle aranızdadır. Mobil veride ikinci ekranı her açışınızda uygulama sizi önceden uyarır.
Kurtarma kodunuzu saklayın: Bulut yedeği sizin anahtarınızla şifrelenir ve biz onu okuyamayız. Telefonunuzu ve kurtarma kodunuzu birlikte kaybederseniz yedeğinizi geri getiremeyiz.

Sizin sorumluluğunuz

Butonlar sizin tanımladığınız kısayol tuşlarını, makroları, metinleri, web isteklerini ve komutları bilgisayarınızda çalıştırır. Bir butonun ne yaptığından ve sonuçlarından siz sorumlusunuz. Başkalarından aldığınız profilleri (profil galerisi ya da .usbdeck dosyaları) kullanmadan önce gözden geçirin.
Yalnızca size ait ya da kullanma izniniz olan bilgisayarları eşleştirin. Eşleşmiş telefonunuzu ele geçiren biri bilgisayarınızı yönetebilir: telefonunuzu kilitli tutun; kaybederseniz bilgisayarda Ayarlar’daki “Eşleşme anahtarını yenile” ile eski eşleşmeyi geçersiz kılın.
Oyunların ve platformların (ör. Steam, Discord, Twitch, YouTube) kurallarına uyun. Bazı çevrim içi oyunlar makroları ya da otomatik tuş basışlarını yasaklar; bu kurallara uymaktan siz sorumlusunuz.
Ses değiştiriciyi ve ses panelini başkalarını aldatmak, taciz etmek ya da başkasının yerine geçmek için kullanmayın.
PanelDeck’i yasalara aykırı amaçlarla kullanmayın; uygulamanın ya da sunucunun güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya çalışmayın.

Markalar ve logolar

Discord, Spotify, Steam, YouTube, OBS Studio, Voicemeeter, Elgato, Euro Truck Simulator 2, American Truck Simulator, X-Plane ve burada ya da uygulamada geçen diğer ürün adları ve logoları sahiplerinin ticari markalarıdır. PanelDeck bu şirketlerle bağlantılı değildir; onlar tarafından desteklenmez ya da onaylanmaz. Bu adlar yalnızca neyle uyumlu olduğunu anlatmak için kullanılır. Butonlardaki gerçek logolar PanelDeck ile dağıtılmaz: bilgisayarınızdaki programdan okunur ya da markanın kendi sitesinden indirilir ve yalnızca sizin cihazlarınızda, butonun neyi açtığını göstermek için kullanılır.

Açık kaynak ve üçüncü taraf bileşenler

PanelDeck, kendi lisanslarıyla dağıtılan açık kaynak ve üçüncü taraf bileşenler kullanır. Örneğin bilgisayar programında Python, Tcl/Tk, Pillow, NumPy, cryptography (OpenSSL ile), qrcode, sv-ttk, PyInstaller ve Android platform araçları (adb); telefon uygulamasında Kotlin, AndroidX ve Google Play hizmetleri kütüphaneleri. Google Play satın alma ve Google Play hizmetleri kütüphaneleri Google’ın koşullarına tabidir. Tam liste ve lisans metinleri her sürümle birlikte gelir: bilgisayarda Ayarlar → Genel → “Açık kaynak lisansları”, telefonda Ayarlar → Hakkında → “Açık kaynak lisansları”. Bu lisanslar, bu koşullardan bağımsız olarak geçerlidir.

Garanti ve sorumluluk

PanelDeck özenle geliştirilir ve test edilir, ancak “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Her bilgisayarda, her oyunda, her program sürümünde ve her Windows ya da Android güncellemesinde kesintisiz ve hatasız çalışacağını garanti edemeyiz. Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde; veri kaybı, oyun ilerlemesi kaybı, yayın kesintisi ya da kazanç kaybı gibi dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Kast ve ağır ihmal hâlleri ile sözleşmeyle kaldırılamayan tüketici haklarınız saklıdır. PanelDeck düzeninizi bilgisayarda kendiliğinden yedekler (Profil → Otomatik yedekler); önemli değişikliklerden önce Profil → Dışa aktar ile ayrıca bir kopya almanızı öneririz.

Güncellemeler ve değişiklikler

PanelDeck’i geliştirmek için özellik ekleyebilir, değiştirebilir ya da kaldırabiliriz. Bilgisayar programı yeni sürümleri denetleyip kurabilir; bunu Ayarlar’dan kapatabilirsiniz.
Bu koşullar değişirse bu sayfa ve üstteki tarih güncellenir; önemli değişiklikler uygulamada ya da sürüm notlarında duyurulur. Değişiklikten sonra PanelDeck’i kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

Kullanımı bırakma

PanelDeck’i istediğiniz zaman kaldırabilirsiniz. Bulut yedeğiniz varsa bilgisayarda “Buluttaki yedeği sil” ile hemen silebilirsiniz; silmezseniz 180 gün hiç erişilmediğinde kendiliğinden silinir.

Yaş

PanelDeck 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir.

Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Tüketici olarak yaşadığınız ülkenin sözleşmeyle vazgeçilemeyen koruma hükümleri saklıdır.

These terms apply to PanelDeck’s Android phone app, its Windows PC program, the remote connection and cloud backup services, and this site. By installing or using PanelDeck you accept these terms; if you don’t accept them, please don’t use it. How your information is handled is explained in the Privacy policy.

In short

The free version is free with no time limit. PanelDeck Pro is a one-time purchase: no subscription, and later updates are included.
Remote connection, the second screen on mobile data and cloud backup use a server and are offered under “fair use”.
You are responsible for what your buttons do on your computer; follow the rules of games and platforms.
PanelDeck is provided “as is”; your rights under consumer law are not affected.

Free version and PanelDeck Pro

Free version: There is no time limit. What the free version includes is described in the app and on the store page.
Purchase: PanelDeck Pro is bought on Google Play with a one-time payment. The price is shown in the store before you buy; Google Play processes the payment and Google Play’s terms apply. Pro is tied to the Google account you bought it with: on a new phone with the same account, “Restore purchase” unlocks it again.
No subscription, updates included: There is no recurring fee for Pro, and Pro features you bought will never be moved behind a separate payment. If a new, separate service that only works with a server is ever offered, it will be optional and won’t affect the Pro features you own.
7-day trial: In the Google Play version you can try Pro for free once, for 7 days. No payment details are needed; when it ends, the app returns to the free version by itself. Your buttons and layout are kept; buttons outside the free version show as locked with a “PRO” badge.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled under Google Play’s refund policy; your rights under consumer law are not affected. If Pro doesn’t work properly for you, write to us and we’ll try to fix it together.
GitHub preview version: The phone app downloaded from GitHub has no purchases and currently unlocks Pro features. Once PanelDeck is published on Google Play, this preview version may stop receiving updates, and server-based features (remote connection, cloud backup) may require the Google Play version.

Fair use

Remote connection, the second screen on mobile data and cloud backup use PanelDeck’s server running on Cloudflare, and that server costs money to run. They are therefore offered for personal, ordinary use under “fair use”:

Current limits: The second screen on mobile data runs at low quality (up to 4 frames per second) and a session lasts up to 20 minutes; you can open it again. Cloud backups are up to 2 MB each, the last 5 versions are kept, up to 30 uploads a day are allowed, and backups not accessed for 180 days are deleted automatically.
These limits may change to keep the service running for everyone; changes are announced in the app’s “What’s new” or in the release notes.
Using the server for anything other than PanelDeck, deliberately overloading it, or trying to get around the limits or into other people’s sessions is not allowed. In such cases we may limit or stop server access.
We can’t guarantee the server will always be available. Connections over USB or the same Wi‑Fi and all local features on the computer don’t depend on the server and keep working without it.
If we ever have to shut these services down, we’ll announce it in the app at least 30 days in advance; during that time you can save your layout to your computer with Profile → Export.
Mobile data charges are between you and your carrier. The app warns you every time before the second screen starts on mobile data.
Keep your recovery code: Cloud backups are encrypted with your key and we can’t read them. If you lose both your phone and your recovery code, we can’t bring your backup back.

Your responsibility

Buttons run the hotkeys, macros, text, web requests and commands you define on your computer. You are responsible for what a button does and its results. Review profiles you get from others (the profile gallery or .usbdeck files) before using them.
Only pair computers that you own or are allowed to use. Someone who takes over your paired phone can control your computer: keep your phone locked, and if you lose it, use “Renew pairing key” in the computer’s Settings to cancel the old pairing.
Follow the rules of games and platforms (for example Steam, Discord, Twitch, YouTube). Some online games forbid macros or automated key presses; following those rules is your responsibility.
Don’t use the voice changer or soundboard to deceive, harass or impersonate others.
Don’t use PanelDeck for unlawful purposes, and don’t try to get around the security of the app or the server.

Trademarks and logos

Discord, Spotify, Steam, YouTube, OBS Studio, Voicemeeter, Elgato, Euro Truck Simulator 2, American Truck Simulator, X-Plane and other product names and logos mentioned here or in the app are trademarks of their owners. PanelDeck is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by these companies; the names are used only to describe compatibility. Real logos on buttons are not distributed with PanelDeck: they are read from the program on your computer or downloaded from the brand’s own site, and are used only on your own devices to show what a button opens.

Open-source and third-party components

PanelDeck uses open-source and third-party components that are distributed under their own licenses. For example, the PC program uses Python, Tcl/Tk, Pillow, NumPy, cryptography (with OpenSSL), qrcode, sv-ttk, PyInstaller and the Android platform tools (adb); the phone app uses Kotlin, AndroidX and Google Play services libraries. The Google Play Billing and Google Play services libraries are subject to Google’s terms. The full list and license texts come with every version: on the computer under Settings → General → “Open-source licenses”, on the phone under Settings → About → “Open-source licenses”. These licenses apply independently of these terms.

Warranty and liability

PanelDeck is built and tested with care, but it is provided “as is”. We can’t guarantee it will work without interruption or errors on every computer, in every game, with every program version or after every Windows or Android update. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages such as data loss, lost game progress, stream interruptions or lost income. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and consumer rights that can’t be waived by contract, are not affected. PanelDeck backs up your layout on the computer automatically (Profile → Automatic backups); we recommend also saving a copy with Profile → Export before big changes.

Updates and changes

We may add, change or remove features to improve PanelDeck. The PC program may check for and install new versions; you can turn this off in Settings.
If these terms change, this page and the date above are updated; important changes are announced in the app or in the release notes. If you keep using PanelDeck after a change, you accept the new terms.

Stopping use

You can uninstall PanelDeck at any time. If you have a cloud backup, “Delete the cloud backup” on the computer removes it immediately; otherwise it’s deleted automatically after 180 days without access.

Age

PanelDeck is not directed at children under 13.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in are not affected.
