PanelDeck; Android telefon uygulaması ve Windows bilgisayar programından oluşur. Telefonunuzu bilgisayarınız için bir kısayol paneline çevirir. Bu sayfa hangi bilgilerin nerede işlendiğini açıklar.

Kısaca

Hesap açmanız gerekmez; adınızı, e-postanızı ya da iletişim bilgilerinizi istemeyiz.
Kullanım istatistiği toplamayız; reklam ya da izleme yoktur. Verileriniz bize gönderilmez; uzaktan bağlantıdaki aracı sunucu yalnızca şifreli veriyi aktarır, içeriğini okuyamaz ve hiçbir şey saklamaz.
Butonlarınız, ayarlarınız ve simgeleriniz kendi bilgisayarınızda ve telefonunuzda saklanır. Siz “Bulut yedeği”ni açarsanız düzeninizin şifreli bir kopyası da sunucuda tutulur; sunucu onu okuyamaz.

Telefon ile bilgisayar arasındaki bağlantı

Telefon ile bilgisayar doğrudan konuşur: USB kablosu üzerinden ya da aynı yerel ağda (Wi‑Fi; isterseniz Tailscale). Kablosuz bağlantı uçtan uca şifrelidir ve yalnızca QR koduyla eşleştirilmiş telefonlar bağlanabilir. Eşleşme anahtarı yalnızca iki cihazınızda saklanır.

Uzaktan bağlantı (mobil veri, başka bir Wi‑Fi): Kablo ve aynı ağ yoksa telefon ile bilgisayar, PanelDeck’in Cloudflare üzerinde çalışan aracı sunucusunda (paneldeck-relay.paneldeck.workers.dev) buluşur. Oturum uçtan uca şifrelidir: aracı sunucu eşleşme anahtarını bilmez, butonlarınızı ya da ekranınızı göremez, mesaj değiştiremez ve hiçbir şey kaydetmez. Buluşma “odası”, eşleşme anahtarından geri çevrilemez şekilde türetilir. Cloudflare, her bağlantıda olduğu gibi iki cihazın IP adresini, bağlantı zamanını ve şifreli verinin boyutunu görür; Cloudflare’in gizlilik politikası geçerlidir. Bilgisayarda Ayarlar → Kablosuz bağlantı → “Uzaktan bağlantı” ile kapatabilirsiniz.

Bulut yedeği (isteğe bağlı, Pro)

Bilgisayarda Ayarlar → “Bulut yedeği”ni açarsanız düzeninizin (sayfalar, butonlar, simgeler) bir kopyası aynı aracı sunucuda saklanır; Windows yeniden kurulsa ya da bilgisayar değişse geri yüklenebilsin diye. Hesap açılmaz, ad ya da e-posta istenmez. Kopya bilgisayarınızın ürettiği bir yedek anahtarıyla AES-256-GCM ile şifrelenir; anahtar sunucuya hiç gitmez, sunucu yalnızca anahtardan türetilmiş rastgele bir kimlik, şifreli verinin boyutu ve yükleme zamanını görür. Anahtarın bir kopyası şifreli bağlantıyla telefonunuza gider; telefon onu yalnızca sizin izninizle yeni kurduğunuz bir bilgisayara verir. Son 5 sürüm tutulur; 180 gün hiç erişilmeyen yedekler kendiliğinden silinir. “Buluttaki yedeği sil” her şeyi hemen ve kalıcı olarak siler. Cloudflare, her bağlantıda olduğu gibi IP adresinizi görür.

İnternete çıkan istekler

Güncelleme denetimi: Bilgisayar programı yeni sürüm olup olmadığını GitHub’dan (api.github.com) sorar ve yeni kurulum dosyasını oradan indirir. Bu sırada GitHub, her web isteğinde olduğu gibi IP adresinizi görür. Ayarlar → “Yeni sürümleri otomatik denetle” ile kapatabilirsiniz.
Telefona / bilgisayara kurulum: “Bilgisayara kur” ve kurulum QR kodu, dosyaları GitHub’dan indirir.
Sizin tanımladığınız istekler: “Web isteği” butonları yalnızca sizin yazdığınız adreslere gider.
Gerçek logolar: Butonlarda programların ve sitelerin kendi logoları görünsün diye logo önce bilgisayarınızdaki programdan okunur; program kurulu değilse ya da buton bir web sitesini açıyorsa logo yalnızca o markanın kendi sitesinden (örneğin discord.com, open.spotify.com, youtube.com) indirilir. Başka bir yere bilgi gönderilmez.
Profil galerisi: Profil → Profil galerisi’ni açtığınızda paylaşılan profillerin listesi ve seçtiğiniz profil bu siteden (dkdodo.github.io, GitHub Pages) indirilir. Siz istemedikçe hiçbir şey yüklenmez.
Satın alma (Google Play sürümü): PanelDeck Pro ödemesi Google Play tarafından işlenir; ödeme bilgilerinizi biz görmeyiz. Google’ın gizlilik politikası geçerlidir.

Yerel entegrasyonlar

OBS, Voicemeeter, Elgato Key Light, Steam, Spotify ve oyun (ETS2/ATS, X-Plane, Forza, F1, BeamNG, Assetto Corsa) entegrasyonları yalnızca kendi bilgisayarınızda ya da yerel ağınızda çalışır; oyun verisi yalnızca bu bilgisayardan okunur ve bu programlarla herhangi bir hesap bilgisi paylaşılmaz.

Kamera, mikrofon ve izinler

QR kodu okutma: Google Play hizmetlerinin tarayıcısıyla yapılır; uygulama kamera izni istemez ve görüntü saklanmaz. Google bu tarayıcının çalışmasını izlemek için cihaz modeli, Android ve uygulama sürümü ile performans ölçümleri gibi tanılama bilgilerini toplar; bu bilgiler bize gelmez ve Google’ın gizlilik politikasına tabidir.
Mikrofon (bilgisayarda): Yalnızca siz ses değiştiriciyi açtığınızda kullanılır; ses kaydedilmez, hiçbir yere gönderilmez; yalnızca seçtiğiniz ses cihazına (örneğin Discord’un sanal mikrofonuna) aktarılır.
İkinci ekran: Siz açtığınızda bilgisayar ekranının görüntüsü yalnızca eşleşmiş telefonunuza akar; kaydedilmez.
Android izinleri: İnternet ve ağ durumu (bilgisayara bağlanmak için), GitHub sürümünde uygulamanın kendini güncellemesi için “bilinmeyen kaynaktan yükleme”, Google Play sürümünde satın alma (Billing).

Sorun bildirme

“Sorun bildir” bir tanılama paketini (zip) yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz klasöre kaydeder; eşleşme anahtarı ve parolalar pakete girmez. Paket hiçbir yere kendiliğinden gönderilmez; paylaşıp paylaşmamak size kalmıştır.

Çocuklar

PanelDeck 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve kimseden kişisel bilgi toplamaz.

Privacy policy

PanelDeck consists of an Android phone app and a Windows PC program. It turns your phone into a shortcut panel for your computer. This page explains which information is processed where.

In short

No account is needed; we don’t ask for your name, e-mail or contact details.
We don’t collect usage statistics, and there are no ads or tracking. Your data is never sent to us; the relay used for remote connections only passes encrypted data along, can’t read it and stores nothing.
Your buttons, settings and icons are stored on your own computer and phone. If you turn on “Cloud backup”, an encrypted copy of your layout is also kept on the server; the server can't read it.

The phone–computer connection

The phone and the computer talk to each other directly: over a USB cable or on the same local network (Wi‑Fi; optionally Tailscale). The wireless connection is end-to-end encrypted and only phones paired with the QR code can connect. The pairing key is stored only on your two devices.

Remote connection (mobile data, another Wi‑Fi): Without a cable or the same network, the phone and the computer meet at PanelDeck’s relay running on Cloudflare (paneldeck-relay.paneldeck.workers.dev). The session is end-to-end encrypted: the relay doesn’t know the pairing key, can’t see your buttons or screen, can’t change messages and records nothing. The meeting “room” is derived from the pairing key in a way that can’t be reversed. As with any connection, Cloudflare sees both devices’ IP addresses, connection times and the size of the encrypted data; Cloudflare’s privacy policy applies. You can turn it off on the PC in Settings → Wireless connection → “Remote connection”.

Cloud backup (optional, Pro)

If you turn on Settings → “Cloud backup” on the computer, a copy of your layout (pages, buttons, icons) is stored on the same relay so it can be restored after reinstalling Windows or changing computers. No account is created and no name or e-mail is asked for. The copy is encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a backup key generated by your computer; the key never reaches the server, which only sees a random ID derived from the key, the size of the encrypted data and the upload time. A copy of the key goes to your phone over the encrypted connection; the phone hands it only to a computer you set up, with your permission. The last 5 versions are kept; backups not accessed for 180 days are deleted automatically. “Delete the cloud backup” removes everything immediately and permanently. Like any connection, Cloudflare sees your IP address.

Requests to the internet

Update check: The PC program asks GitHub (api.github.com) whether a new version exists and downloads the installer from there. As with any web request, GitHub sees your IP address. You can turn this off in Settings → “Check for new versions automatically”.
Installing on the phone / PC: “Install on the PC” and the install QR code download files from GitHub.
Requests you define: “Web request” buttons only go to the addresses you enter.
Real logos: So buttons show the real logos of programs and sites, a logo is first read from the program on your computer; if the program isn't installed or the button opens a website, the logo is downloaded only from that brand's own site (for example discord.com, open.spotify.com, youtube.com). Nothing is sent anywhere else.
Profile gallery: When you open Profile → Profile gallery, the list of shared profiles and the profile you pick are downloaded from this site (dkdodo.github.io, GitHub Pages). Nothing is uploaded unless you choose to.
Purchases (Google Play version): PanelDeck Pro payments are processed by Google Play; we never see your payment details. Google’s privacy policy applies.

Local integrations

The OBS, Voicemeeter, Elgato Key Light, Steam, Spotify and game (ETS2/ATS, X-Plane, Forza, F1, BeamNG, Assetto Corsa) integrations run only on your own computer or local network; game data is read only on this computer and no account information is shared with these programs.

Camera, microphone and permissions

QR code scanning: done with the Google Play services scanner; the app doesn’t request camera permission and no images are stored. To monitor how the scanner works, Google collects diagnostic information such as the device model, Android and app version and performance metrics; this information doesn’t reach us and is subject to Google’s privacy policy.
Microphone (on the PC): used only while you turn on the voice changer; audio is not recorded or sent anywhere, only passed to the audio device you choose (for example Discord’s virtual microphone).
Second screen: when you turn it on, the PC screen is streamed only to your paired phone; it isn’t recorded.
Android permissions: internet and network state (to connect to the PC), “install unknown apps” in the GitHub version so the app can update itself, and Billing in the Google Play version.

Reporting a problem

“Report a problem” saves a diagnostics package (zip) only to the folder you choose; the pairing key and passwords are left out. The package is never sent automatically; sharing it is up to you.

Children

PanelDeck is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.
